Frozen Peach Bellini

Change up this classic brunch cocktail by enjoying this frozen version, which also happens to be perfect for a crowd!

Frozen Peach Bellini

Ingredients

  • 3 cups peach slices (if using frozen peaches, thaw first)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey or agave
  • 1 bottle prosecco

Preparation Instructions

  1. Place the peach slices and water in the carafe of a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the schnapps, honey, and prosecco. Taste and adjust as desired.
  3. Pour into the GreenPan Frost mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
  4. Select the Spiked Slushie mode, L4. Churn until it turns to Cool and beeps.
  5. Serve in chilled glasses.

Tips

  • You can replace the honey with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, if desired.
  • Make sure to taste and adjust the sweetness as needed since the sweetness of peaches varies.
